🕹️Meeting Mode
Meeting Mode can be activated at any time on a board, by any licensed team member.
While you can collaborate on a board without activating Meeting Mode, it is specifically designed for collaborating with others. Meeting mode enables a unique set of meeting host / facilitation controls, and the left toolbar changes to give you collaboration tools.

When you start Meeting Mode on a board, you become the Host and get access to Host controls at the top of the board. Everyone else becomes a participant.
Meeting Mode controls
The controls shown at the bottom of the screen in Meeting Mode are dependent on the settings enabled in the Host controls.

The Meeting Host has used Hide Identities to set all participants to anonymous

The Meeting Host has enable Private Writing to allow you to show/hide your sticky notes
C
The Meeting Host has turned off Private Writing & Anonymous mode - there are no 'special' collaboration features active in the meeting
