⭐Teams and Members

Organize your boards and member access to boards by using teams.

Team limits apply based on your plan. The Starter plan is limited to 1 team of 20 members. More teams are available on the Business and Enterprise plans. For full details read our Plans overview.

Your active team is shown in the left menu and the top of the dashboard.

To select a different team, use the dropdown menu:

Inviting new members

You can add members to your team in a number of ways:

• Use the + icon next to the team select dropdown or next to the team profile images at the top of the dashboard

• You can add team members via name (if they already have an account in your org), email or link. Invite links expire after 5 days.

• If you are an Admin or Owner, you can open the Manage Teams screen via the team dropdown.

• You can invite existing Account members to another team, or send an invite to new people to join.

Create a new team

New Teams can be created from the dashboard by any member of the Account, if your plan allows it (all plans except Starter):

Note - Admins and Owners can choose whether Members can create their own Teams:

Or, Admins and Owners can use the Manage Team screen to create or delete teams for your organization account:

• Members can be in multiple teams

• Teams can have as many members as you like (limited by your plan)

• The person creating the team is automatically added to the team

• You can drag and drop members from one team to another

• To remove members, click on your team to 'open' it and use the option at the end of each person's row

• Members can access boards in a team they have been added to, or they can be directly invited to individual boards in other teams.

• Starter Plan: 1 Team

• Business Plan: Unlimited Teams and Team Members (Max 200 members)

• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited Teams and Members

If you need to add more members, or change plan to add more teams, Owners can change your plan in Billing Management.
